"So I got to talk about my boy Bryce a little bit. Bryce collaborated with me on a lot of things and using my background as a yoga instructor.He brought in a lot of things as far as body awareness in a way that worked for me. I'm extremely hyper mobile, extremely flexible. I've had plenty injuries in my life and he made sure that not only did I not have pain when I woke up in the morning from past injuries, but he also made sure that I had stability, had true stability so I could push myself to a new point of strength that man knew I loved to heavy lift. He made sure I got that heavy lifting every day and he also made sure that the things I didn't like to do but I needed to do for my body. He made sure I did it no matter how much I complained and when I didn't have the gas to push myself, he pushed me and he also let there be room for me to push myself so that I could decide what was too much and what was enough. The other thing I'm really grateful for is last year when I was training with Bryce I had a really bad bout of seasonal depression and that man held space for me, he held space for me big time when my persona changed when I got quiet, he let me have room to deal with that in the way that I needed and he also gave me space to focus and get my energy back up and get my endorphins running and that is something that I'm forever grateful for. And as a female, other times heavy lifting for us can be seen as why do you do that? And there was never a question from Bryce as a male saying, well why do you want to lift that heavy? There's no point. He was like, if you want to do it, let's go. And that was all I needed and that was the support I wanted because I didn't want anybody to question why I was doing something, I just wanted to get in there and push my limits and he really allowed me to do that, that man made sure I was in the gym, he made sure I got my sessions in and he made sure that I felt good about everything that I did and not something that I'm forever grateful for and he set the bar really, really high for anybody else I ever worked with.
